The staff and atmosphere were all great! We booked master king room, it had everything you could ask for: a mini fridge bar, a coffee machine and ironing facilities. Loved their on-site restaurant The Moongate, it was good. This hotel is equal to 5 stars.

Of course, totally recommend. Wanted to explore Cancun and this hotel was interesting place for doing it. The food was great, had lots of options. Furthermore, free Wi Fi - was a nice touch.
